Do you buy back my old PC or components?

We do not have a 'buy back' scheme and have very little experience with second hand products.

We would instead encourage you to recycle your device by selling it on the second hand market or offering it on a local freecycle scheme. Your system warranty is transferrable if it's sold as a whole system, the new owner can utilise us for any repairs using the original warranty.

Please ensure the Chillblast Order ID/Serial Number sticker is still attached to the system when passing it on and clearly visible, as they will be required to be able to provide the Order ID should they contact us for assistance. Alternatively, you can pass on the Order ID to them for their records.

We often get asked to 'value' old goods and this is also not something we are able to accurately do.
